Our clients will retain the rights to all visual design elements on finalisation of payment, and will be given in writing. All scripting performed by Graphrix Design is property of Graphrix Design. Graphrix Design reserves the right to use any material in future or existing promotional advertisements. Work performed for non-profit organisations, all copyright retained by Graphrix Design. Our Performance of Work Our clients retain the rights of all content supplied. Graphrix Design is networked with other design organisations to produce the best results for our clients. All operations are over-seen by Graphrix Design and managed in-house. Employed contractors maybe hired to perform specialised tasks. Domain Names Domain names are regarded as a piece of real-estate like property.
